Yep. The colour of the bag is Tiffany's signature colour. It is the Daughter looking immensely pleased with herself after long suffering Dad bought her her first bit of Tiffany bling, which can be seen around her neck.
Tip to long suffering dads everywhere: On the 3rd or 4th floor you can buy silver hearts engraved with the magic name for around USD80 (back a few years). That and a chain gets you out of danger for under USD150. Of course, if you want to hang around the ground floor....
