Always wanted a blow-up croc (around 5-6m of max effect), that I could deploy on the bottom of busy waterholes, and release to burst to surface at appropriate time.

Never heard of it, looks a nice place for a swim. My favourite place in Litchfield for a swim was Tolmer Falls, but I think it's been closed for swimming since the late 90's, something to do with an endangered bats breeding program !
