serious ? what is 'your content'
So......how much sleep did @Richard and @Ian D get last night?
it's one of the items on a menu that drops down when I touch my name up on the top right of the page
it's about 2/3 of the way down the menu
it's useful for finding recent discussions

Haha yeah I saw the site was down yesterday and though "poor blokes are having a terrible weekend".
it must have been a shocker, and a huge issue to keep the site offline for so long

longest offline ever.
after about 8 hours you realise;
a. It cant get any worse - so going overnight ain't going to make any difference.
b. It's just a forum and some snow cams when there is no snow on the ground and won't be for months, so not truly critical.
If it was winter - different kind of panic
OK - the table with all the trouble is repaired not rebuilt 'search_index'
It is the biggest table in the DB and strongly suspect this is why there is a gap. It takes about 3 hours to rebuild and the rebuild process crashed at 11:40 last night at which point I gave up and decided to tackle again this morn.
The underlying problem db server disk space. Which is choked with GB's of spam on the mail server from a couple of long forgotten and unused accounts. So clean up required and new rules for mail server.
The good news, issue has pushed along decisions for new host. Have almost settled on AWS architecture for migration.
So what are exactly did trappers do?

what @trappers did was to send his entire archive of emails back through the old Mods List and email servers, and posted some Hi Def video teaser...
It's all about him...
hardly a loss!

'your content' is great for finding stuff from the past few days, so it wouldn't matter to me if it became 'your recent content' if it would reduce the bloatage
