Definitely a bit wetter down at Falls car park level as we left an hour ago. Showing 1 degree on the car dash. Still, good conditions on balance but daughter pretty cooked after a solid morning around the mountain. Bit of a breeze up top but very surprised at light winds elsewhere.

14.4 in Geelong, with rain just starting. This is still the pre, but the Geelong/Buller equation is generally 14 in Geelong for snow on the hill. As everyone has been noting, borderline ahead of the main event.

Models are looking good. Low pressure system has actually tilted slightly more forward than expected and it has been drawing cold from the South a little longer than expected . Its alive and well.

Well it needs more snow. Ive had some good runs picking lines down from the double chair and triple chairs then skiing the road back to the base. But to get the TBar running needs more cover. Hopefully this incoming storm does the trick!!

But that's going to tilt the balance of snowfall from NSW to VIC. People on PSR are already calling it a fizzer for NSW.
Looks like a Buller/Baw Baw/Lake Mountain kind of system. I like that, looking at a night over the weekend at Buller.
