Just outlayed for the 6 day, any day pass. Good value.
Does anyone know if I can redeem Hero Pass lift pass discount vouchers (have printed them out) online? I'm taking up my boys over the weekend, and it would be vastly preferable to purchase their lift tickets online rather than having to stand in a queue...
Try calling the office?
@Scott No Mates Ver 1.1 - going to do that this morning.
And the answer is?
Judging by the info posted by @Sadie in the other Falls creek thread the answer is likely to be no.
Couldn't get them on the phone today - put on hold & gave up after 10 minutes as I had to go. Will try again tomorrow
Lift company confirmed over the phone it has to be done in person. Gave them some immediate and robust (but polite) feedback. Not impressed, especially as they already have a voucher acceptance system set up in their check-out process, and their print-out vouchers also already have a unique digital ID. Not hard!
This generates a disincentive for Hero Pass users to cash in their discounts and in effect devalues these discounts. Not really good customer service if you think about it. The system is set up not for the consumer, but for the administrator. Might take my cash elsewhere next season, come to think of it...not that this would have any impact.
Customer service isn't meant to make life easier for customers - why would anyone want to take advantage of the 'freebies' included in the ticket?

Ouch! Now that's what insurance is for.... Hope the resort covers the excess!
It won't polish out?
At least his wipers were up
3rd day confined to basecamp. Done the shopping, washing and shell-garment reproofing. I spose it'd be silly to wax the skis for the second time.
I'm tempted to drive up the hill just to see how bad it is.
A bit of drama atm over near Wallace Hut:
Prob one of the Rovers.
