I was thinking the same thing veruca! This Craig dude can spell, knows his punctuation, understands the need for compromise, and isn't embarrassed to do silly things to have fun. He knows what he wants and he goes and gets it!
Pity I'm not looking for someone!
[Distinctly looks like the work of a clever copywriter! Haven't made any viral link yet, so I guess maybe it's just for entertainment – bringing a smile to all the Craig fans out there on the streets.]

We concluded at work when we got it via email yesterday that it was definitely some sort of viral marketing thing - too well written, too clever with humour.
But we all agree it is brilliant and funny and we don't care
HE'S a fake. He's a charlatan. That's Craig from Windsor, the wag who kept locals amused with his quirky notes plastered on poles throughout the suburb. Craig stole the idea from New Yorker Todd Lamb, an artist who posted notes around the Big Apple and signed them from a dude called Chris.
