Mentioned elsewhere but had a play with the Annexe at SIA and really liked it. Can’t remember the weight but would be a great option for touring.

Just got my hands on Hi Res topsheet images for the bulk of the range:

Have posted them up on my blog: http://aussieskier.com/equipment/2014-k2-ski-lineup-images/?affiliates=2

A few models yet to come plus the base and profile shots but I will get them posted when they arrive.

I am getting a Shredditor 112 to take to Cham, I'd also take an Annex 98 with Dynafits if there were some around.

No my info at this stage is only what's in the catalog in the first post.

But I will def find out as I need a 100-ish touring ski that doesn't weigh a lot.

Yeah keep in touch - cos if I don't directly stock something I can get it from the warehouse, often in the same day.

B) Doesn't matter due to A

C) I make round turns of all radii in all terrain.

OIC - I am putting feelers out about Dynafit but will only stock them if the price is competitive.

Otherwise we're better off getting them from telemark-pyrenees or something as a forum group buy to save on shipping or something like that.

Hmmm....there's an Annex 98 that I can get my hands on, just finding out if it's cool for me to remount them with Dynafit.

If so I will take them to Cham

If not I will take a Blizzard Bonafide or Kabookie.

Looks like K2 have some interesting, and flamboyant_expletive stupid looking, splitboard/bc developments, you gonna dabble in any of that caper?

Eventually - discussing our approach ATM. Gotta get the basics right first of course.

Who knows, BC could be a good way to dip our toes into the SB market.

Mate, I noted , with some horror, that the catalog does not show Pon2oons.

As the worlds biggest fan of the Pon2oon, I would be devistated if this iconic K2 ski was dicontinued. I have searched the web and it's not looking good.

Do you know anything or are you able to make enquiries ?

Might have to take a lot better care of my current pair, if in fact they are the end of an era.
Saying that, looking at the catalog, they don't seem to have replaced it with anything either.

I've seen some reference to the Pontoon, something like 'we're going to take a year off and think it up again' - will see if I can dig that up.

Same for the Hellbent too I think.

I might be seeing the local rep this arvo and will ask.

Looks goneski. Try a pair of ON3P Pillow Fights or Praxis Protests. Or just stop feffing around and get a pair of DPS Lotus 120s

No need, my Pon2oons are still pretty new, lot of life left in them yet.

An odd decision to drop them. Like to know the thinking behind that.

Anything you can find out would be appreciated.

Certainly the Mutant and the Genome are of interest.

I'm such a fan of the Pon2oon ( think I've mentioned that before laugh )

K2 will do something as their biggest skis currently are the Pettitor 120 and Annex 118/Seth Pro Model.

Like I said earlier I saw some reference to them taking time to reinvent the Hellbent and Pontoon.

That was my thinking re their widest skis.

The reinvented Pon2oon is only a couple of years old tho.

I'll await with interest what they release.

Have to imagine it will be sooner than later.
