Just because it covers Anzac day and it has happened before plus GFS on extended 14 day shows a nice cold outbreak.  Cant get image to work for 24 or 25 April. Looks good 12 days out on this model.

IMO models have something happening 20-24th time frame, but keep jumping around. Yeah EC has been sniffing I've been watching it a bit... interesting

It could go either way, but it's more likely to be a fizzer and warmer than models suggest at the moment.

Although something is consistently popping up around this time? IMO that's more a good thing than anything. At least it's not jumping to a cutoff or troughy system all the time. It's way too far out for me to consider at this stage. I'll wait a few days before deciding.

GFS suggest cold enough for at least Tasmania and perhaps Baw Baw on the 25th. But not a lot of juice left in it by this stage.

Its all about the mojo at the moment... spaghetti ensambles project some very cold 500hpa air.. massive divergence between runs...but transeasonal thats expected..  coupled with a cutoff......
