MS now on his way back to Vancouver in some fairly serious winter conditions. -15C in Penticton and that's close to the warmest place in the province right now, even Vancouver and Victoria are comparable to that today. Widespread heavy snow and whiteout conditions on BC highways yesterday, blowing snow and frigid temps today. At least the snow is dry and grippy in this cold air, good thing too, he'l have snow covered roads for the entire 400 km.

Summer drive time = sub 4 hrs. Today = 6 hrs 10 mins. Spent a lot of time at sub 60 klm/hr too,..... & let any and all that wanted to pass go by.

My car is not AWD but has proper winter tyres.
Tyres weren't the issue...... Visability & the volume of snow on the roads was.

"Somewhere" is located 35 km west and south of Penticton, BC. See ya there Bomber. Ya just need to be there before I go to Mexico on Feb 28th.
